We have an exciting opportunity for a Co-Botics Service Engineer for a Machinery & Industrial Cleaning Service based in London. The Client is a passion for harnessing innovation and technology in its future-friendly cleaning equipment solutions and underpinned by its national field service operation of highly trained engineers, comprehensive training and development programmes.

Job Requirements:

Excellent electrical, electronic, and mechanical problem identification and testing capabilities
Expert in IT techniques
An energetic and cheerful nature
Impeccable customer service abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills
Physically healthy and capable of doing manual handling duties such as lifting industrial battery packs
Knowledge of how to handle ordinary hand tools safely, such as spanners and screwdrivers.
Knowledge of how to handle electrical tools safely, such as powered drills and angle grinders.
Knowledge of how to operate heavy machinery safely, such as trolley jacks and lifting slangs.
Knowledge of how to operate hot work equipment safely, such as blow torches and heat guns.
The capacity to employ walk behind, drive on, and innate skill cleaning equipment of various sources of power in a corporate or client workplace, as well as in public spaces such as markets, shopping malls, and parking lots, and to advise and educate workers on their safe usage.
Capable of working under pressure and delivering a high-quality repair
Capable of working on one's own initiative (self-motivated)
Good problem - solving abilities and the ability to prioritise workload
Capable of organising and managing different priorities/methodical
Excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of computerised reporting systems

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

The Co-Botics Service Engineer's principle role is to guarantee that all service and repairs on our autonomous range are done on time and, if feasible, on the first call in order to enhance customer satisfaction and satisfy contractual obligations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Deliver high-quality service to our consumers by communicating with them in a pleasant and informed manner.
Ensure all jobs are attended to and repairs are finished within the contracted service level agreements
Attend follow up calls in a timely manner to complete repairs where additional parts have been ordered
Participate and complete scheduled planned maintenance service as instructed by the business
Maintain and control the highest level of servicing and repair performed on machines.
Periodic updates to the Co-Botic range
Ensure that all Health and Safety rules and procedures are followed at all times
Follow all technician procedures issues and ensure they are understood and followed
Update all jobs in "real time" on our central database system, SERVICESMARTpro (SSP), and follow working procedures to ensure correct data is captured
Provide accurate and thorough reports following each site visit in order to preserve asset data integrity across our customer sites and inside SSP.
Ordering parts via SSP to finish breakdown calls
Scheduling in/out parts to ensure vehicle storage re-ordering levels are kept to and parts are appropriately replenished
Assisting in the development of more efficient work methods and/or implementing any resulting change
Participate in corporate service and business review meetings.
