We have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor for a London-based law firm. Our client is a global law firm with the ability to meet the legal needs of both foreign and domestic markets in the United Kingdom. They are now looking for 2 property lawyers of 2-6 years PQE. The role will involve supporting and expanding the existing property client base that includes developers, major property agents, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Language skills in Cantonese and Mandarin are highly desired.
Experience, Skills, and Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 2-6 years of experience in Conveyancing is required, preferably in residential and developer work.
- The ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is preferred.
- Must be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of conveyancing.
- Must be able to manage their own caseload independently;
- Must be able to handle a small team and demonstrate leadership abilities.
- Must be able to cultivate and maintain client relationships;
- Should have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office365.
- Experience with Leap would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
The job will include assisting and developing an existing property client base, which will include developers, major real estate brokers, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
