We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planning Specialist position in a UK-based IT consulting firm. The company is seeking a Senior Planning Specialist to work under the guidance of the Product Manager. This role will be a key member of the sales team, focusing on evaluating sales functions and objectives, as well as supporting the management of existing customer relationships. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as the client base continues to grow.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Capability to work effectively across cultures and adapt to diverse practices and principles.
  • Strong understanding of the requirements in a business-to-business environment.
  • Proficient in collaborating with partners and departments while managing tight deadlines on multiple projects.
  • Solid project management and organizational abilities.
  • Expertise in business and market analysis, with strong numerical aptitude.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated to learn and grow, with the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to complete tasks independently.

 

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the organization, archiving, and maintenance of relevant files to ensure timely and efficient access.
  • Support data entry and database management, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring prompt information sharing.
  • Provide daily assistance to team members, supporting smooth business operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to monitor and track the progress and figures of ongoing sales projects.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns, delivering timely and accurate responses while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Act as a liaison with the HQ in China, following up on their requirements and preparing regular sales reports.
  • Manage stock for sales listings, including packaging and disposal, as needed.
  • Prepare stock-up reports for key accounts and assist in setting up new products.
