We have an exciting opportunity for a Market Research and Business Development Specialist role in a London-based Real Estate firm. The company specialises in developing, dealing in, and managing projects in all housing and hospitality industries, including luxury houses, hotels, rehabilitation, luxury residences, apartments, and student housing. The Market Research and Business Development Specialist will collaborate on a variety of projects with teams from both domestic and international locations. The applicant must be adaptable, flexible, and at ease in handling a variety of tasks, including market research, competitive evaluation, project training, business development, project viewings, project exhibition assistance, and deal negotiation.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a degree or higher in Business, Real Estate, or related fields.
  • A minimum of three years experience in conducting real estate research, engaging in marketing initiatives, and fostering business development.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English demonstrated through strong written and verbal skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office software.
  • Outstanding time management and project coordination capabilities, adept at handling various simultaneous tasks.
  • Highly organized, capable of performing effectively under pressure and meeting set deadlines.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability and a proactive attitude, and thrives in collaborative team environments.
  • Willingness to undertake short-term business travel when necessary.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support in organizing and facilitating sales viewings for various internal sales teams throughout the organization.
  • Responsible for gathering pertinent data and conducting comparative market analyses.
  • Generate reports aimed at aiding pricing decisions and identifying key aspects of investment projects or locations.
  • Craft project presentations and deliver regular training sessions on projects to overseas colleagues and sales channels.
  • Establish and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Maintain an up-to-date information database about the London market.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with sales channels, both existing and new.
  • Aid sales channels in scheduling viewings.
  • Assist in sales negotiations and the finalization of deals.
  • Collaborate with sales channels to offer professional consultancy services on overseas property to clients, utilizing various platforms such as exhibitions and presentations.
  • Provide support to sales channels and clients throughout the entirety of the property purchasing process.
  • Offer expert guidance to clients, sales channels, and overseas colleagues regarding project specifics.
  • Contribute to the creation and promotion of marketing strategy.
