We have an exciting opportunity for a Chinese-speaking Real Estate Paralegal post in a London-based legal services firm. The firm, which has its headquarters in the City of London, is a prominent full-service international legal practice that advises businesses and people across the UK and around the world. The firm is currently looking for a Chinese-speaking Real Estate paralegal having a background in law and education, and strong organisational and communication abilities.

Job Requirements:

• A candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
• Additionally, a minimum of two years of experience in real estate legal matters and familiarity with associated procedures is necessary.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese, along with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in both languages, is required.
• The candidate should excel in multitasking within a fast-paced environment, maintaining precision and attention to detail.
• Outstanding organizational, time-management, and analytical skills are essential.
• The candidate should exhibit initiative, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software is expected.
• Strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage client relationships effectively, are also important attributes for this role.
