We have an exciting opportunity for a Chinese-speaking Senior Guardianship Consultant role in a London-based Education Administration company. The company plays a pivotal role in facilitating the enrollment of numerous students into the most prestigious independent schools in the UK. It is currently looking to hire an individual with strong interpersonal skills.
Job Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of AEGIS/BSA Guardianship Standards.
- Both professional English and Mandarin skills are mandatory.
- Must give attention to details.
- Good customer service is crucial to this role.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher from a UK Institution.
- Knowledgeable about life and culture in the UK in general.
- Well-acquainted with UK independent schools and the educational system.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the guardian team.
- Ensuring compliance with AEGIS and BSA standards in the provision of guardianship services.
- Facilitating communication between consultants and clients.
- Offering clear and professional guidance in handling emergent or critical incidents.
- Conducting regular training sessions on safeguarding, AEGIS, and BSA quality standards for consultants.
- Performing routine internal audits on guardianship services Serving as the designated safeguarding lead (DSL).
- Reviewing new host family documents and reports collected by consultants, and executing contracts on behalf of JD Consultancy.
- Providing direct guardianship services to clients as required by business demands.
- Promoting the sales of tutoring and application services to guardianship students.
- Assisting in and supporting the application processes.
