We have an exciting opportunity for an As-a-service Project Manager role in an Appliance - Electrical and Electronics Manufacturing company headquartered in Hertfordshire. This multinational corporation offers a variety of display technologies and is expanding its widescreen display business in the vertical industries of corporate, retailing, hospitality, and higher education. It is looking for an As-a-service Project Manager to join the team who has project management skills.
Job Requirements :
- Fluency in business Mandarin Chinese is desirable.
- A relevant undergraduate degree (e.g., Business, Engineering, or IT) is required.
- Minimum of five years of project management experience, with at least three years in as-a-service project delivery.
- Possessing a Master's degree or PMP certification is considered advantageous.
- Proficiency in utilizing project management software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, as well as other pertinent tools. A proven track record in overseeing budgets, timelines, and resources for intricate projects.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with an emphasis on ongoing enhancements are required.
- The Capability of adjusting to shifting priorities and effectively handling multiple projects concurrently is required.
- Occasional traveling may be required for client meetings or project-related responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to establish project requirements.
- Creating and overseeing the comprehensive program/project plan, encompassing the definition of project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs for successful project completion.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to guarantee the successful development and delivery of the product.
- Preparing and delivering progress reports and project updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring that the project aligns with quality standards, budget constraints, and customer expectations.
- Identifying opportunities for enhancing processes and achieving greater efficiency throughout the project's lifecycle.
- Take responsibility for product compliance and security, ensuring adherence to pertinent regulations and security standards, and taking appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
