We have an exciting opportunity for a Market Research and Business Development Specialist role in a London-based Real Estate firm. The company specializes in developing, dealing in, and managing projects in all housing and hospitality industries, including luxury houses, hotels, rehabilitation, luxury residences, apartments, and student housing. The Market Research and Business Development Specialist will collaborate on a variety of projects with teams from both domestic and international locations. The applicant must be adaptable, flexible, and at ease in handling a variety of tasks, including market research, competitive evaluation, project training, business development, project viewings, project exhibition assistance, and deal-negotiating.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Real Estate, or relevant fields.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in business growth, advertising, and real estate research.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written English and Mandarin proficiency.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent project and time management abilities with the capacity to balance a variety of competing obligations.
  • Exceptionally organized, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Capable of working in a team and possessing a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Capable of accepting brief business trips.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collecting data and performing a market comparison.
  • Produce reports to aid in pricing and pinpoint specifics of investment projects or locations.
  • Prepare a project presentation and give overseas peers and channels of sale regular project training.
  • Keep a database of London market details.
  • Maintain associations with current sales channels.
  • Assist sales channels in organizing house inspections, negotiating, and closing deals with clients.
  • In charge of promoting overseas property in the assigned area and developing new sales channels.
  • Work together with channel partners to provide competent overseas property consulting services to clients through events, presentations, and other means.
  • Support Sales Channels and clients through the property purchase process.
  • Give clients, channels, and international coworkers specialized project guidance.
  • Participate in marketing materials development and advertising strategy.
