We have an exciting opportunity for a POS Specialist role in Software Development based in Atlanta. The business is a pioneer in supplying the restaurant and retail industries in the US with cutting-edge Point of Sale & Business Technology. The POS Specialist will be in charge of assisting new merchants in understanding and customizing their POS system to run their business more efficiently.
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service is preferred.
- 1 year of restaurant experience is desirable.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
- Restaurant and/or customer service experience is preferred.
- Have a positive outlook and excellent communication skills.
- Possess the capacity to effectively manage time, prioritize, and multitask.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Implementing the client menu.
- Provide clients with POS fundamentals training.
- Be familiar with goods and services extensively to perform system configuration.
- Provide professional customer service to ensure client fulfillment.
- Manage multiple tasks while working in a team setting.
- Update the CRM with inquiries and responses.
