We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative role in Software Development based in Atlanta. The business is a pioneer in supplying the restaurant and retail industries in the US with cutting-edge Point of Sale & Business Technology. The company is seeking to hire an experienced bilingual person to fill this role.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is preferred.
A minimum of one year of computer experience with Word and Excel is required.
Experience in a restaurant or customer service is preferred.
Work in a team setting while managing multiple tasks.
Effective interaction with management, including CRM progress updates.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time in a team environment

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming customer phone calls.
Have interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, as well as a professional demeanor.
Recognize client needs and possess the capacity to respond to various client types.
Demonstrate capacity for problem-solving.
Update CRM with questions and responses.
Learn about and become acquainted with products so you can easily assist customers.
Make sure of client satisfaction and deliver knowledgeable assistance.
