We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service - Inside Sales Rep. in a Window and Door manufacturer company based in the U.S. Over decades of operation, the business has evolved to be a leader and major player in the window and door industry in the United States. The company is currently looking for Sales Representatives. Candidates must be able to work in a dynamic environment, have outstanding interpersonal abilities, and be computer literate. Furthermore, must be able to establish and maintain strong business relationships with both new and existing customers.

Job Requirements:

English - Chinese bilingualism.
1-2 years of customer service or inside sales experience is required.
Requires a GED or high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking, listening, and presentation.
Need to be proficient in basic maths, including knowledge of fractions and decimals.
An advantage would be prior experience creating sales orders.
Working overtime as needed, particularly during peak season (daily or weekends).
Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, organizing, and managing time and tasks effectively.
Talking, sitting, and typing occur frequently.
Use of office supplies (i.e. computer, phone, fax, etc...).

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Receive a lot of incoming calls and offer excellent customer service to current clients.
Review customer service requests and enter data to track and schedule services in the database.
Daily updates on the status of service cases are shared with internal and external customers.
Follow up with internal staff and clients as necessary by keeping an eye on all incoming emails to the service department.
Capable of learning new window and door industry terminology and processes.
Work both collaboratively and independently.
