We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager role in a NY-based Restaurants group. The Operations Manager will be in charge of the overall success of front-of-house operations. The applicant must be available to work evenings and weekends, be extremely organized, and have experience reinforcing the restaurant's exceptional hospitality climate.

Job Requirements:

Previous Full Service Restaurant Management experience of at least 1 year is required.
Previous bartending experience of a minimum of 1 year is required.
State-sanctioned Food Handlers Certification.
Proficient in technological applications such as POS systems and scheduling.
Expert understanding of brand guidelines and operational procedures.
Software for platforms, purchases, and inventory management.
Professional communication ability.
Knowledge of World-Class Guest Service.
Possess P&L experience and comprehend the connection between labor, sales, and other costs.
Bilingual Mandarin speaker.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Accountability for the entire P&L (sales, comps/discounts, food, spirits, labor, and controllable profit).
Ensure compliance with all operational regulations set forth by the federal, state, and local governments.
Integrates and emphasizes all company initiatives with relevant staff.
Recruiting and hiring employees to staff the restaurant at the appropriate levels.
Staff must take corrective action.
Prime cost control, food cost, and kitchen labor management, as well as controllable procurement.
Inventory tally and order placement.
Carry out any operational audits that have been assigned.
Handle any facility issues.
Understanding plate presentation, recipe compliance, and operational procedures.
Take charge of floor operations, manage shifts, and make adjustments based on sales.
Engage the customer to provide exceptional service.
Follow up with weekly projects.
