We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager - Digital Inclusion role in a Hospital and Health Care company based in NY. It is a platform that merges digital medicine delivery by automating all the latest digital therapies, such as multimedia health education and AR, Apps, and telemonitoring wearables, into physician-directed electronic navigation paths that constantly guide patients throughout their treatment across multiple disease states, procedures, and service areas. The Program Manager, Digital Inclusion at will advise, design, and incorporate digital inclusion initiatives that ensure equity in access to and use of information and communication technology for participation in social and economic life, such as education, social services, health, social, and community involvement. The position will necessitate frequent travel throughout New York.

 
Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in project management, social work, and/or health care services.
  • Work experience in Healthcare and/or Life Sciences.
  • A thorough understanding of the analytics and informatics tools used by payers and providers, including EHRs, CRM/Care Management programmes, and the global regulatory environment.
  • Strong networking and management skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to lead a team independently are required.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Capability to work in a dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks and requests.
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin.
  • Must live in the New York/New Jersey region
  • 60-80% of remote working; field or customer site(s) 20-40% of the time.

 

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of the programme and collaboration with various stakeholders, along with government agencies, community-based programmes, Health Plans, and other organisations required to address digital and social disparities in New York.
  • To guarantee that all projects are completed on time, with a high level of quality, and within the allotted budget, supervising, tracking, and reporting on progress across teams.
  • Assist in the development and testing of digital equity programmes in collaboration with product teams.
  • Keeping track of and managing program-related data obtained from live implementations and generating quick feedback cycles for both internal teams and clients.
  • Participate in the development of output from those implementations and success stories, as well as data analysis and dissemination (including presentations, abstracts, case studies, and publications).
  • Maintain effective team communication skills, and be a self-learner and problem solver.
  • Continuously provide feedback on processes and propose new ideas or solutions.
  • Promote the adoption and involvement of customers and stakeholders, and take part in the creation and ongoing improvement of best practises, procedures, and documentation for the implementation of digital equity programmes.
  • Notify strategy on SDOH and digital equity, along with business and technology, and advise and build new partnerships and product concepts to enhance patient and member engagement, customer adoption, retention, market share, and competitive edge.
  • Obtain market intelligence and add to business proposals for the creation and/or launch of new products.
