We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Events Co-ordinator role in a leading Real Estate agency based in Oxfordshire. The agency is the UK's largest provider of luxury student housing, collaborating closely with partners to provide excellent student living in some of the most creative developments in leading urban areas. They are looking to hire a skilled sales and events coordinator who can work with the front-of-house staff to help rent out the student housing so that it is always fully occupied while fostering a strong sense of community among tenants.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in customer-driven sales and marketing.
  • Ideal experience would be in the hotel or hospitality sector, real estate, the youth market, or academia.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and how to use them to increase engagement.
  • Excellent organisational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities.
  • A personable character who enjoys interacting with others.
  • Positive and enthusiastic.
  • Willing to learn, self-assured, and approachable.
  • Mandarin speaker.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make certain that the scheme is fully booked for the maximum number of weeks.
  • Interacting with students to motivate them to visit our facilities before closing sales.
  • Assisting in the planning, execution, and creation of onsite events and parties to provide tenants with the best possible living experience.
  • interacting with existing students to develop justifications for them to rebook their accommodation for the upcoming session and academic year
  • Creating a content calendar for digital channels to help distribute content more widely.
  • Ensuring that messaging is consistent with the brand and reaches the appropriate channel in the most appropriate format.
  • Work with other in-house teams to determine how our social media, paid social, and paid search efforts can be integrated into larger campaigns.
  • Capability to follow up on leads and close sales.
  • Ad hoc tasks.
  • Work may be required outside of normal working hours (move-in weekends, summer, etc).
  • Travel may be necessary.
