We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor (Dispute Resolution - Litigation) role in a London-based Law Practice firm. It is a specialised law practice with a solid reputation working for East Asian clients and across international jurisdictions, focusing largely on litigation, business, and immigration law. An experienced and qualified Solicitor is required for this position.
Job Requirements:
- Eligible solicitor in England & Wales.
- Commercially oriented.
- Strong sense of teamwork.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to act independently.
- The capacity to mentor and supervise paralegals or trainees.
- Committed to providing dependable, top-notch customer service.
- Tech-savvy.
- Experience using Leap software (but not essential).
- Chinese Mandarin fluency required and/or Cantonese (preferred).
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Work on a variety of challenging commercial and civil litigation cases, reporting to the firm's partners, including business disputes, claims of professional negligence, forgery, landlord/tenant disputes, corporate conflicts, challenging immigration appeals, and public law/judicial review cases.
- Be exposed to challenging and intriguing work.
- Work with a small, close-knit group of paralegals and trainees under the direction of the law firm's Partners.
