Job Responsibilities:

• Perform the daily packing and shipping of orders from online retailers while providing any necessary customer service.
• Keep the stock storage area and electronic stock system up to date.
• Pack and ship orders received through the company's sales platforms.
• Coordinate with courier service to book and prepare items for pickup.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Process all returns, arrange for replacements or refunds as needed, and maintain accurate records of items returned or lost in transit.
• Maintain stock levels and adjust pricing as needed.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized stock storage room at all times.
• Unpack, inspect, and load new stock into the electronic stock system.
• When necessary, update product images (only occasionally).
• Inform the Marketing Manager of any product or operation irregularities.
