We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Designer - UI/UX role in an IT Services and IT Consulting company based in Dallas. It has developed to include more than 200 distribution partners with more than 350 connections globally, making it the industry's top supplier of high-performance distribution platforms. They are looking for a skilled Product Designer with user-centered design skills to assist in framing problems and providing innovative design solutions that meet user needs while meeting business goals and strategy.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working professionally in the field of product design.
- Previous experience in digital marketing for eCommerce or the travel industry is a huge plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in visual design, including sensitivity to human-centered design, and wireframing knowledge.
- Analytical and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are required.
- Solid spoken and written communication and documentation skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Incredibly meticulous and producing only the best work.
- Skilled in the use of Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite, and prototyping tools.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating comprehensive design solutions that take into account both user and business needs by turning findings from user research and studies into doable tasks.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement by utilising behavioural analytics and research insights.
- Creating essential design artifacts like personas, information architecture, user flows, prototypes, and design specifications helps designers move from concept to final design result.
- Using trifactor team analysis and design activity results, drive design decisions (product managers, engineers, and related stakeholders).
- Design activities associated with the Design Process and methodologies are prioritised, and alignment is maintained through timelines and stakeholder reviews.
- Identify and incorporate new components, trends, and templates into the Design System and establishes guidelines to ensure consistency.
