We have an exciting opportunity for a Resident Advisor role in a Leasing Real Estate agency based in London. It is a market-leading, independent management of houses for rent in the UK and Ireland that designs neighbourhoods and residences that are ideal for how its residents live. The Resident Advisor will be the initial point of contact for inquiries from residents and potential residents. They will offer great assistance and service, see to it that the property is operated efficiently, and see to it that the residents are taken care of.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Respond to inquiries received via social media, news outlets, email, phone, and in person.
Plan events and showings for residents both current and prospective.
During business hours, cover the main reception and sort mail.
Be the representative of our housing agency and communicate with them frequently.
Conduct viewings with possible residents while supplying them with the most recent details pertinent to their inquiry.
Make sure the management and reception area is organised, spotless, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.
Collecting payments, keeping an eye on, and pursuing rent arrears.
Maintaining the database's accuracy by organising and managing customer data.
Coordinating with the maintenance and housing staff to make sure any issues are reported and quickly fixed.
