We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Executive role in a Real Estate agency based in Coventry. It is a remarkable and motivating team that works in the UK and Chinese real estate markets and has developed its own student housing brand. A person with outstanding telephone manners and negotiation skills is required. They should also be upbeat, patient, and friendly. The Lettings Executive will make sure that every inquiry is handled promptly, professionally, efficiently, and precisely to guarantee total client satisfaction. The capable applicant may be qualified for a work visa.
 

Job Requirements:

  • A 2.1 undergraduate grade point average in the UK is necessary; a master's degree with a focus on business, administration, law, culture, or language is preferable.
  • Genuine interest in helping customers, with a preference for those with more than a year's worth of experience.
  • Working knowledge of student organisations or universities is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the higher education and real estate sectors is preferred.
  • Writing and speaking in both Mandarin and English must be at a proficient level.
  • Requires good telephone and email manners.
  • Requires strong IT abilities.
  • Capable of establishing and maintaining productive connections with partners and customers.
  • Able to operate successfully both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and work correctly under time constraints.
  • Proactive ability to solve problems.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver thorough consulting on time to prospective clients and our partners via phone conversations, emails, and social media.
  • Perform viewings for prospective tenants.
  • Continue the booking process, including preparing legal agreements and entering records for all bookings into our booking system.
  • Give practical assistance with the design of marketing materials, letting strategies, offers, and adverts.
  • Keep your company partners happy while developing new distribution channels.
  • Create and maintain a client database while making sure it complies with GDPR.
  • Assist in the creation of reports, briefings, and other written correspondence.
  • Cooperate with coworkers in the relevant departments to improve sales and customer service standards.
  • Any additional tasks that may from time to time be deemed reasonable.
