We have an exciting opportunity for an Investment Associate in a Renewable Energy Semiconductor Manufacturing company based in Crestmead. It is a major wholesaler of solar products that has just expanded to Europe and is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team in order to contribute in creating a sustainable environment that future generations may enjoy. An individual with 1-3 years of experience has a great opportunity in this position.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of work experience working for a Big 4 Chartered Accounting firm, an investment bank, or a corporate adviser in M&A/Transaction Services.
- It is highly ideal to have previous transaction experience in the renewable energy industry.
- Effective at building relationships, influencing, and communicating.
- A keen eye for detail.
- The capacity to use data and information to offer commercial insights.
- Advanced competency in computer literacy abilities, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- A bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- Mandarin fluency.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Different market research, financial analysis, and analysis of the competition and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct strategic analysis and business case presentations for the board of directors and executive leadership team.
- Aid in the evaluation of new company possibilities, financial modelling, and related due diligence.
- By creating and maintaining project plans, timetables, and templates, provide general administrative help to assure the success of M&A projects.
- To organise and drive the deal process, collaborate with important internal and external parties.
- Work on integration-related projects in many different subject areas.
