We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Admin Assistant/Warehouse Assistant role in a Cardiff-based E-commerce company. This is a full-time role in a busy work environment offering PSW. 

Job Requirements:

  • A-Levels or similar qualification (preferred).
  • Capable of properly prioritising their task.
  • Capable of communicating at a high degree of confidence and professionalism, both vocally and in writing.
  • A high-level IT user who is proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Driven, responsible and diligent.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines is a strength.
  • Good understanding of 3C products and the ability to pick things up rapidly.
  • Ability to operate well both individually and as part of a team.
  • Can communicate in Mandarin and comprehend it (Preferred).
  • Before starting employment, make sure you can rely on your commute or make plans to relocate (required).

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Keeping the warehouse ready for daily operations, including stock replenishment and placement of packaging-related materials.
  • Prepare your selection and packing lists as soon as possible.
  • Receiving, inspecting, and storing commodities that have arrived.
  • Checking and inspecting received items to ensure they are of the correct quantity, kind, and quality.
  • The commodities for labeling arrived at the warehouse.
  • Ascertain that all inventory tasks are accomplished on the same day.
  • Errors or difficulties in the warehouse should be reported.
  • Preparing for collection.
  • Stock movement and organisation.
  • Maintaining inventory and creating a clean and safe work environment for employees.
  • When required, accurately enter all data into the database and use manual recording techniques.
  • Keeping relevant files up to date to keep other departments updated.
  • Returning items, re-labeling and packaging them, printing mailing labels, and sending them out.
  • Other tasks that must be completed
