We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Recruiter role in a Singapore based Information Technology & Services company. The company's blockchain analytics technology supplements on-chain data with millions of wallet labels. The Principal Recruiter would work within the operations team. The role is full-time remote employment.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in startup and establishing a recruitment department from the ground up with strong tech recruiting skills.
- Full-cycle recruitment experience for various jobs within a business, preferably in technology.
- Develop long-term relationship experience.
- Capable of persuading, influencing, and trust-building at all levels, strong EQ.
- Excellent knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Capability to develop, lead, guide, and iterate metrics.
- Understanding of various sourcing tools and techniques.
- Excellent English written communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail, but a realist and capable of getting things done quickly.
- Self-organization skills in a remote-first work setting.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Closely work with marketing to plan, create, and enhance all employer branding interfaces (such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, the company's Twitter and careers page, JDs and so on).
- Use social networks, blogs, and research tools to uncover and strategically attract best talent.
- Owning and operating recruitment procedures.
- Streamline and carry out all recruitment procedures (programs, career fairs, hackathons, recruiting plan) from position kick-offs through briefings to candidate proposals.
- Formulate and maintain a recruiting plan that will help the organisation expand.
- Create and recruit a personnel team to assist the company.
- Integrate sourcing techniques and possibilities that will provide a diversified pool of applicants for current and future requirements.
- Form a highly successful and memorable applicant experience that will maintain talent in pipelines interested.
- Create, monitor, and disseminate important recruitment indicators that will be utilised to enhance operations and forecast hiring.
- Source, acquire, and employ the finest candidates for openings.
