We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator role in a Consumer Goods company based in Wigan. The company is a specialised and well-known producer of Wooden & Plush Toys. The company is looking for a full-time Mandarin-speaking administrator to join their busy and welcoming staff.
Job Requirements:
- Work permit in the UK (a PSW visa could be considered).
- Proficient Mandarin language skills.
- Good communication skills and organisational abilities, as well as a keen eye for detail.
- Office software skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
- Work successfully in a team setting and collaborate with colleagues from other areas.
- Professionalism, positivity, hard effort, and self-motivation.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with Chinese manufacturers through email, WeChat, and telephone, and swiftly report to supervisor.
- Collaboration with the Design and Packaging Teams.
- Cooperate closely with the China office to enhance information flow between the Chinese and UK offices.
- Assist the supervisor with data collection and document editing.
- Assist with the examination and feedback of samples and new items.
- Establish positive working relationships with colleagues from various areas inside the firm.
