We have an exciting opportunity for an FT Sales Assistant role in a Luxury Goods & Jewelry company based in France. The Luxury Goods & Jewelry House is distinguished by its brazen design and presence in over 20 countries. The fashion house is seeking to hire an experienced person to fill this position.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading).
- Distance sales experience in Whatsapp, and WeChat.
- Proven sales abilities.
- Developing relationships with high-profile clientele.
- +1 year of experience at a premium retail establishment, preferably in Bicester Village.
- Occupations in Sales, Retail, and Customer Service 1 year (preferred).
- Shift flexibility depending on Bicester Village trade hours.
- A proactive/dynamic and upbeat demeanour.
- Motivated by a goal.
- Excel and Outlook expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and provide high-quality customer support to international and consistent customers.
- Customer sales assistance and collection presentation.
- Organizing and processing customer digital/phone orders.
- Client relations management using digital tools.
- Relationship building with different departments, including the Personalized Shopping team.
- Help with the day-to-day operations of the shop.
- Restocking the store floor, maintaining the display and stock room, stock-taking, and so forth.
- Ability and willingness to meet personal sales targets.
- Submitting daily reports.
