We have an exciting opportunity for a Mandarin-speaking Financial Executive role in an Investment Management company headquartered in Dublin. The primary business of this fast expanding organisation is property development, startup mentoring, venture funding, business loans, and wealth management. Ideally, the organisation is searching for a candidate that possesses the necessary skills and is willing to work on a long-term basis. However, the firm also welcomes applicants who are just interested in accompanying the company's P2P licence application process. 

Job Requirements:

•    SMF 1 knowledge.
•    Relevant crowdfunding / P2P expertise, or adequate expertise if coming from another field.
•    A suitable bachelor's degree in finance, business, or mathematics-related field is required.
•    Administrative expertise in a high-pressure corporate setting is also preferred.
•    Because of the fast-paced nature of the job, you must be a good multitasker, be able to remain calm under pressure, and try to fulfil tight deadlines.
•    In addition, the candidate must have a solid grasp of normal company operations and responsibilities, including financial planning.
•    Proficient IT abilities are required, as is a thorough grasp of Microsoft Office and accounting applications.
•    Mandarin proficiency (both written and spoken) is required.
 

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

•    As the initial point of contact, I handle phone and email interactions.
•    Management and upkeep of financial/administrative systems and databases.
•    Managing appointments and diaries, including booking and scheduling appointments/meetings.
•    Engaging in team meetings, attending a meeting, writing minutes, and participating in group discussion.
•    Creating and sustaining productive working partnerships.
•    Supplying and analysing financial data.
•    Keeping track of and understanding financial flows.
•    Analysing change and providing appropriate advice.
•    Developing long-term and strategic business plans.
•    Doing study and reporting on the variables impacting business success.
•    Creating financial management tools to reduce financial risk.
•    Performing cost-cutting reviews and evaluations.
•    Administration of financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
•    Establishing external ties with relevant contacts, such as auditors, attorneys, bankers, and statutory bodies such as the Inland Revenue.
•    Meeting deadlines by producing accurate financial reporting.
•    Budget management.
•    Obtaining fresh sources of funding for a company's debt facilities.
•    Keeping up to date with developments in financial laws and legislation.
•    Supervising personnel.
