We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator role in a Singapore headquartered Logistics & Supply Chain company. The firm is an international supply chain, storage, and distribution organisation with operations in several countries that provides easy and dependable logistics services to local and international manufacturers. The Office Administrator will assist management with clerical and administrative tasks while also coordinating office activities and operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong bilingual skills in English and Mandarin
  • Working knowledge of quickbook is desirable.
  • Excellent organised and detail-oriented abilities.
  • Exceptional time management abilities, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Managerial and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and, when necessary, assign them.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, often demanding workplace.
  • Basic knowledge of how to use common office equipment.
  • Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software expertise is required.
  • A high school diploma or its equivalent is needed, with an associate's degree in office administration or a related subject preferable.
  • It is necessary to have at least three years of administrative and clerical experience.
  • Multitasking Capacity
     

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

•    Supervisor of administrative personnel, responsible for allocating duties to maintain effective operations.
•    Directs the operations and functions of the office to ensure efficiency and adherence to business policies.
•    Assisting clerical and support employees with their given responsibilities, especially when more sophisticated, specialised, or sensitive work is needed.
•    Preparing agendas organising travel arrangements, and keeping track of top management's schedules.
•    Maintaining an inventory of office supplies.
•    Maintains records, paperwork, and files, especially those that are more complicated or sensitive, such as personnel files.
