We have an exciting opportunity for an immigration caseworker role for a management consulting company based in Shanghai, China. This is a global, fast-growing firm that specialises in global relocation services seeking a driven, ambitious individual having the necessary experience to assist the London team.

Job Requirements:

Strong communication and teamwork abilities, as well as the ability to work with people at all levels.
Self-motivated and capable of taking charge.
Solid networking abilities, as well as the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships.
Ideally, has at least 5 years of experience working on UK immigration issues and is capable of handling cases such as Innovator & Start-up visa, Tier 1 Investor, Skilled Worker, Sole rep, Global Talent visa independently.
Ability to prioritise and operate under pressure.
Because the position requires contact with clients, colleagues, and UK government departments, you must be fluent in both Chinese and English.
Capable of dealing with job constraints as they emerge, as well as prioritising a complicated and occasionally overwhelming task.
Good organisational abilities, the capacity to plan ahead and adhere to crucial dates, and the ability to operate under pressure are all required.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

•   Assisting our Immigration lead in the formation and management of the legal team.
•   Clients with Entry Clearance, Innovator/Startup Visas, Tier 1 Investor Visas, Sole Representative Visas, Extensions, Settlements, British Citizenship, and other UK immigration applications.
•   Conduct phone and email conversations with clients and provide immigration law advice.
•   Providing immigration advice and connecting with potential clients are two of my responsibilities.
•   Prepare application packages in accordance with the most recent Immigration Law, keeping up to speed with changes in UK Immigration Rules and Policies.
•   Providing expert guidance on a variety of UK immigration issues.
•   Ability to work on matters pertaining to PBS applications (Tier 1, 2, and 4) and Skilled Worker, Innovator applications autonomously.
•   Keep in touch with the client throughout the application process and until the case is closed.
•   Providing comprehensive application help and recommendations.
