We have an exciting opportunity for an Emergency Response Operator role in a Security and Investigations company. It is a global emergency response organisation that specialises in security and travel risk management, as well as medical, aviation, and tracking. Other services include emergency response and evacuations tailored to contemporary, corporate, and complicated travel patterns. For this role, a candidate who is exceptionally focused, diligent, and optimistic with good interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to interact professionally and efficiently is desirable.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of prior demonstrated and effective experience in travel assistance, claim processing, medical, and/or security response capacity.
- Organizing and executing evacuations, medical response, and security-related responsibilities are all included.
- Demonstrated capacity to cope with emergency circumstances and respond utilising a variety of resources within defined time frames.
- Ability to operate in a tough setting as part of a dynamic reaction team.
- Reading, comprehending, and organising taskings and customer requirements is a must.
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication abilities.
- Meticulous and a client-centered approach.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and Office 365 apps.
- Working and/or living in a developing country (including hostile environments).
- Have certifications and a track record of past training in emergency management and response, as well as claim processing and response.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist worldwide clients 24x7 at the operations centre.
- Command, control, and coordinate medical emergency, political, natural catastrophe, and security responses.
- Ability to track global events and advise and support clients actively and passively.
- Plan operations and provide direct assistance to the shift manager.
- As needed, respond to emergency hotlines and triage inquiries.
- Management of relationships and the creation of evacuation plans are two of the most important aspects of the job.
- When on shift, function as the primary point of contact for clients.
- In the case of a client crisis or a substantial response requirement, be ready to assist the emergency management team (EMT).
- Provide the tracking operations staff with assistance and escalation alternatives.
- On internal systems, keep accurate records of all customer objectives and needs.
- Case management and record keeping.
- Concerning tasks, manage and regulate third-party suppliers.
- All client-related bills and costs are monitored in coordination with accounting.
- Create, expand, and manage networks and service providers.
- Distribute information about service provider capacity to the rest of the operations team.
- In charge of gathering material in order to create case studies.
- Support for the company, including presenting our operational capacity and any relevant case briefs/updates to new and current clients.
- Identify and capitalise on chances to promote and improve projects.
Hours of work:
- 6 on 6 off the shift-based roster
- 0800-2000hrs (3 days)
- 2000-0800hrs (3 nights)
- 6 days off
