We have an exciting opportunity for an AWS Engineer role in a Capital Markets company headquartered in London. It is a market-leading provider of highly reliable, scalable, and adaptive best execution algorithms, as well as efficient liquidity capture and transactional cost analysis, across global markets and investment vehicles. To support its HK activities, the company is looking for excellent individuals to monitor, support, and contribute to the brand's global expansion.

Job Requirements:

3+ years of AWS experience, including knowledge with services such as EC2, ELB, RDS, and S3.
The philosophy, ideas, and real-world implementation of Continuous Delivery (CD), necessitates expertise with tools such as AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodeDeploy, and AWS CodePipeline.
Experience with cloud-based DevOps tools such as Ansible, Docker, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Gradle, Maven, and SonarQube.
Expertise in scripting languages and script development.
Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the capacity to operate independently.
Self-disciplined and committed to taking responsibility.
Written and spoken English are both fluent.
It's a significant benefit if you can communicate in Mandarin.
Python, C++, Java, Groovy, Javascript, HTML5.
Have financial market background.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Be in charge of the strategy, implementation, and expansion of the AWS cloud infrastructure.
Develop, launch, and monitor all production systems' configurations.
Install and configure several application servers including Tomcat, Docker, and LXC.
Administer a server-based technology's continuous integration and deployment technique.
Use best-in-class cloud security solutions to ensure the necessary system security.
Implement CI/CD pipelines as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with distributed systems across all platforms and application domains.
Ensure the excellent quality of the company's solutions by overseeing pre-production acceptance testing.
Track solutions such as CloudWatch, ELK Stack, and Prometheus.
