We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Coordinator role in a Hospitality/Manufacturing company headquartered in the USA. The company has become one of the major global manufacturers and importers of melamine tableware, flatware, drinkware, kitchenware, tabletop, storage, and more for food service and household use. To cover this one-year maternity post, they need a motivated and devoted professional with demonstrated customer service, problem-solving, and good written and vocal communication abilities.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is required.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to work without supervision.
Excellent communication abilities, both verbally and in writing.
Excel skills are a must.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin at a professional level.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate product development and the delivery of multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced setting.
Accountable for initiating development from cad drawings/designs through sample approval prior to mass manufacturing.
Coordination with Sales, Designers, and UK Account Managers to guarantee that product is supplied on time to fulfil delivery deadlines.
Prepare all quotations and sales communication, as well as investigate and address account concerns and difficulties.
Make certain that all shipping, labelling, and packing standards are met.
Notify all departments, and ensure that the Routing and Compliance guides are circulated, acknowledged, and up to current.
Coordinate with the US Supply chain to supervise and resolve any issues that may emerge with individual orders.
As needed, attend exhibitions and meetings.
