We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Service Analyst role in an IT Services and IT Consulting company based in NY. This is a group of FLB data consultants who give tools and data to help brands develop creative, compelling, and quantifiable brand experiences. It is searching for someone to join the data-driven Insights team who has a strong numerical, analytical, and perceptive mind.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related subject is required.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of practical work experience, ideally in the field of data and analytics.
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Ppt, Keynote, and Numbers.
- Work experience in a similar industry is preferred.
- Can communicate, read, and write in Mandarin Chinese.
- Have excellent presentation and customer management abilities.
- A numerate, analytical, and perceptive intellect.
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative research skills.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Will have to deal with enormous data sets and create new approaches for interpreting social media data.
- Develop and provide KOL insights reports in collaboration with internal departments and clients.
- Assist the IT team in automating and productizing reporting tasks and tools.
- Provide information to support external marketing, new business development, and ongoing client initiatives.
