We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager role in a London based international online gaming company. It is looking for an experienced ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified to fill this position. The Finance Manager will manage all operational elements of all three European companies and ensure that the UK entity's financial affairs are in accordance with the Group's accounting framework.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of financial expertise in a corporate setting.
- Finance-related BA/BSc and/or MSc.
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified.
- Solid understanding of UK and EU tax legislation, accounting and financial standards, banking systems, and so on.
- Managerial experience with corporate finances above £5 million.
- Prior experience implementing the reconciliation process with small-to-medium-sized businesses is strongly desirable.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish close contact with the Group's senior executives, all key divisions, and any external parties such as auditors.
- Prepare and monitor all business financial statements (P&L, B/S, and cash flow) for UK and Isle of Man divisions.
- Produce and submit all reports to the Europe Division Head.
- Maintaining compliance with regulations such as VAT filing and national statistics, among other things.
- Develop and put corporate and regulatory policies into action.
- Handle all financial activities for UK and Isle of Man businesses.
- Contribute to the Group's European investing and wealth management operations.
- Assist the Group CEO and the Europe Head in the management and administration of UK and Isle of Man businesses.
- Develop European firms' internal financial procedures, accounting standards, and the generation of financial statements.
- Oversee docking with Asia Pacific offices and cooperation, assuring that all branches use the same set of financial reports.
- Internal control, reimbursements clearance, financial budgeting, and other services for a number of European firms.
- Develop the revenue and budget reconciliation processes for the Isle of Man gambling commission-regulated online poker product.
