We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Engineer role in a Singapore based blockchain analytics firm. The CRM Engineer will be self-sufficient and will be responsible for developing customised operational solutions that will help the company achieve its corporate goals. The role is full-time remote employment.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role/ software developer/ DevOps engineer.
- Expertise with SaaS integrations, such as Hubspot, Zapier, Coinbase Commerce, Stripe, and Crypto.
- Python and SQL proficiency.
- An incentive to help other members of the team and make their life simpler.
- excellent written communication abilities in English.
- Detail-oriented.
- A self-organizing capacity in a remote-first work setting.
- Keen interest in cryptocurrency trading and DeFi.
- Proficiency in Chinese is a bonus.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and maintain operational applications.
- Detect and remove blockages in the connective apps that span several operations and divisions.
- As needed, execute operational, integrated, performance, testing and debugging.
- Diagnose, report, monitor, and aid in the resolution of quality concerns.
- Perform system administration tasks such as assigning security roles, configuring processes, and so on.
- Lead and implement the development lifecycle, which includes, but is not limited to, standard practises, quality assurance, and code reviews.
