We have an exciting opportunity for an FT Luxury Sales Assistant – Harrods Concession role in a Luxury Goods & Jewelry company based in France. The Luxury Goods & Jewelry House is distinguished by its brazen design and presence in over 20 countries. The fashion house is seeking to hire an experienced person to fill this position.

Job Requirements:

English and Mandarin fluency (speaking, writing and reading).
Proven sales abilities.
Relationship development capability with high-profile clientele.
+1 year of expertise in a luxury retail department store, ideally Harrods.
Current and active Harrods Store Approval Card.
Shift availability depending on Harrods trade hours.
A proactive/dynamic and upbeat demeanour.
Goal-oriented.
Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and Whatsapp for business.
Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Welcome and provide premium customer support to international and repeat customers.
Customer sales assistance and collection display.
Organizing and processing customer digital/phone orders.
Using digital technologies to manage client relationships.
Relationship building across various departments, especially the Personal Shopping team.
Help with routine store operations.
Restocking the store floor, maintaining the display and stock room, stock-taking, and so forth.
Ability and willingness to meet personal sales targets.
Submitting daily reports.
