We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Manager role in a Real Estate company based in London. The estate agency is searching for an eager and naturally personable Property Manager with excellent customer service abilities to join the property management team.

Job Requirements:

2 years of residential property management experience (preferred).
Fluency in Mandarin.
Possibility of commuting/relocating to W1W 8HF, London.
Paying close attention to detail.
Willing to work alongside others.
Attitudes that are kind, patient, and professional.
Knowledge of how to use a Macbook and an iPhone.
Knowledge of Google Workspace and the MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
ARLA certification (ideal, but not required).
Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities.
In addition, you must be able to multitask, organise, and prioritise your work.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Schedule deposit deductions and other administrative duties, collaborate closely with management and letting agents to assist and manage the routine business operations.
Ensure that the rental property accounting is in order.
Assist colleagues in other jobs as needed.
Deal with contractors for property repair.
Negotiating repair expenses with renters and clients.
Auditing accounting software to ensure rental monies are in order and contacting renters when needed.
Keeping all teams up to date through communicating across departments.
Might have to attend appointments to represent the business directly to clients, contractors, and suppliers.
