We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Shopper-Level 1 APAC role in a London based Apparel & Fashion company. The company provides an unparalleled purchasing experience by giving highly customised service solely via social media and messaging. The APAC Level 1 Personal Shopper will collaborate closely with the APAC team to support the sale of premium products to a worldwide clientele by serving as the initial point of contact for all customer demands.

Job Requirements:

A native Chinese speaker is required.
Fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus.
Personal Shopping (preferably) or Luxury Retail Sales experience with a well-established client base is preferred.
Experience dealing with personal sales objectives and prides on exceeding them.
A strong product and brand recognition in the luxury goods industry.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Using chat-based media to communicate directly with clients to obtain product orders and confirm sales.
If necessary, schedule personal shopping sessions both locally and overseas.
Connect with customers directly using chat-based media to inspire fashion style, get questions, and sell desired things.
Create and manage own client list.
Analyzing client profiles and implementing a strategy to increase sales continuously.
Determine significant industry collaboration prospects and assist in the onboarding of new partners.
Manage the portfolio's yearly and monthly sales objectives.
Work with the worldwide social media team to discover and capitalise on sales possibilities.
