We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager role in a Retail company based in London. This firm is a big store in the United Kingdom that specialises in providing consumers with a wide range of Korean cuisine, toys, stationery, housewares, and gadgets. The manager will be in charge of all branch operations and will oversee day-to-day operations and report directly to the Operations Coordinator.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills are required.
• The ability to work efficiently with the team to improve customer satisfaction.
• Basic bookkeeping is required.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include team leadership, covering recruitment, team development, training, and fostering team engagement, along with various other aspects of personnel management.
Managing inventory and order placement using the internal system, ensuring the accuracy of stock levels.
Collaborating with the team to provide exceptional customer service, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and meet operational goals is also a key part of the role.
Optimizing operational efficiency and profitability, adhering to Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene regulations, as well as other legal standards.
Handling store administrative duties, ensuring policy compliance, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Coordinating logistics and managing deliveries, reporting on consumer trends and behaviors within the retail industry to management.
Developing operational strategies to expand the customer base and increase store traffic are essential aspects of this role.
Proposing innovative ideas to grow market share, addressing customer complaints and employee grievances, and maintaining a high standard of store condition and visual merchandising.
