We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Manager for an RMB Settlement Expert and one of the first FinTech in Europe. They are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's adherence to pertinent regulations and laws. 

 Job Requirements:

• 3 years of Experience with an extensive understanding of financial regulations and statutes such as AML/CFT, PSD2, MiFID II, EMIR, and GDPR.
• Demonstrated expertise in formulating and executing compliance protocols and processes.
• Proficient in conducting internal audits and overseeing regulatory reporting.
• Effective communication skills with senior management and regulatory entities.
• Robust analytical abilities coupled with a keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or a related field; a master’s degree in law or finance is advantageous.
• Consideration of professional certification in compliance, such as CAMS or CFE, is a 
  positive attribute.
• Three years of experience in the payments services and electronic money sector, specializing in roles related to Compliance, Transactions Monitoring, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
• Proficiency in English, Chinese, and French (minimum B1 level).
• Capability to work within the European Union and the United Kingdom, as positions are sought for both our UK and French offices.
