We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor role in a London-based Law Practice firm. They are looking for a well-informed and Experienced Human Rights Solicitor with approximately 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to become part of their Asylum and Human Rights team.
Job Requirements:
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese, specifically Mandarin
• Exceptional skill in drafting documents.
• Exceptional expertise in immigration law and the broader industry.
• Capable of providing guidance and counsel on immigration law matters to internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional abilities in managing clients and delivering top-notch customer service.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong grasp of organization and effective interpersonal communication.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication, with a strong track record in document drafting.
• In-depth knowledge of all regulatory and compliance requirements
• Strong business acumen and a history of establishing new client relationships.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Profound understanding of immigration law in the United Kingdom.
- Competency in public law.
- Proficiency in managing the judicial review process within both the Upper Tribunal and the Administrative Court.
- Handling intricate matters pertaining to nationality issues.
