We have an exciting opportunity for a Male Personal Assistant role in a London-based startup. The Personal Assistant will help with a variety of tasks, including diary management, travel, and personal tasks. An experienced PA with the ability to accommodate extensive travel(mostly to Asia) when necessary would be ideal for this position.
Job Requirements:
• Bilingual skill sets in both Chinese and English are required.
• Experience managing a diary in a similar position in the past.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the self-assurance to work with senior management.
• Ability to travel overseas when required.
• High-level standard in translation skills.
• Extensive traveling may be required.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Serving the male PRC Owner of the affiliated company.
- Proactive diary administration.
- Efficient inbox management and gatekeeping.
- Planning internal and external meetings.
- Organizing travel, visas, hotels, and cars, and creating detailed travel itineraries.
- Conducting expenses, issuing POs/invoices, booking couriers, taking minutes/notes, ordering catering for meetings, greeting guests, and so on.
