EasternBlossoms(EB) is the largest non-for-profit Chinese Speaking professional network in the UK. We connect over 30 Asia focused networks in banking, accounting, consulting, legal, technology, academia, charity and other industries in the UK.
EB is running an exciting new leadership programme to help inspire collaboration in the Professional Chinese Speaking Community.
This volunteering program is designed to grow you into a leader, through hands-on learning alongside world-class professionals. You’ll be placed into a function and develop your skills by working on live projects which offer you all the experience you need to become ready for your first leadership role.
You will be assigned to a lead role and the expectation is to work alongside professionals to deliver the project.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
Manage volunteering projects and prioritise a variety of tasks effectively.
Conducting marketing tasks and executing events.
Build working relationships with people at all levels of our organisation.
Managing a team of volunteers to deliver networking and focused events
Arrive on time for duty and remain professional in your interactions with all stakeholders.
Make recommendations for improvement where feasible and appropriate.
