We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager role in a Rotherham-based Appliance, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing company. This PIR manufacturer has developed into one of the key players in the security sector, providing industry-leading support and customer service. They are currently looking to hire a dynamic and proactive project manager whose job will be to lead, organize, plan, and conduct business projects, particularly cloud-based solutions across AWS.

Job Requirements:

Possess expertise in project management and end-to-end software delivery.
Experience delivering agile projects.
Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
Excellent attention to detail.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of personality types.
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA is preferred.
familiarity with agile methods for project management, such as sprints, stand-ups, stories, velocity, retrospectives, sprint planning, and showcases.
Knowledge of cloud hosting technologies such as AWS S3 / EC2.
A proactive and adaptable approach to work, capable of juggling shifting priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities as a seasoned professional.
Capability to collaborate with colleagues from various teams and departments, as well as external partners.
Fluency in Chinese.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Be a pioneer in implementing agile delivery techniques and disseminating this knowledge across project teams.
Manage the ongoing project requirements (creating the Delivery Teams, Scrum Teams, and Agile Teams).
Divide projects into narratives that clearly state the story requirements, test cases, size, and any additional information or assets that may be relevant.
Culture creation for Sprint.
Contribute to/drive the Sprint planning process to accurately size stories and determine team velocity.
Reporting on the burn rates, value, and sprint velocity.
Updating the project team and stakeholders on issues and progress made concerning the plan.
Participate in Sprint exhibitions to update the more significant business on progress.
Participate in the Sprint Retrospectives to help the team optimize the processes.
Making sure that the project is properly documented and communicated.
Continually update the R & D director on developments, risks, and concerns.
