We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager role in a China-based lamp manufacturer. It is the biggest designer and manufacturer of holiday light festivals and LED lanterns globally. The ideal candidate will be diligent and driven, able to work in a busy setting, and flexible with travel arrangements.
Job Requirements:
- A 4-year college diploma.
- Although a master's degree is preferred, it is not required.
- Experience working in the attraction park industry for at least 2 years is strongly preferred.
- 2 years or more of management expertise.
- It is necessary to be able to travel at any time.
- Must be able to work with a flexible schedule, maintain focus on a variety of tasks, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid US passport is required.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is preferred.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Keep an eye on daily operations and keep improving the efficiency of every aspect of the company.
- Creating a strategy for the channel of expansion and business development.
- New employee recruitment and training.
- Establishment of new departments where necessary.
- Creating operational policies and budgets.
- Current account retention and new account growth for the business.
- Set up and management of conferences and trade shows.
