We have an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist in a California-based Law Practice firm. It is a boutique law firm with expertise in family law, civil and commercial litigation, estate planning, and intellectual property. The Legal Intake Specialist will be responsible for providing support for outbound lead generation initiatives, managing the onboarding of new clients, assessing incoming streams, and monitoring office phones.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
- Experience dealing with high-volume phone calls.
- Sales or intake call experience is preferred.
- Working experience in a law firm doing intake or family law is a big plus.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy are required.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
- Excellent data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Acquire and evaluate new and potential clients.
Analyze prospective client inquiries and phone calls to ensure case fit and that they feel seen and heard.
Make appointments with lawyers for potential clients.
Oversee the data entry and documentation gathering for new client onboarding and ongoing client files.
Develop outbound sales strategies in conjunction with marketing to help generate new business.
Control the of onboarding new clients and assessing incoming streams of claims and potential clients both over the phone and in person.
Plan meetings, organize screening questionnaires, and compile paperwork.
Perform various clerical tasks when necessary, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency.
