We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager role in a Marketing & Advertising company based in Shanghai. The company is an award-winning digital creative firm with offices in London and China that focuses on developing global brands. The individual will be in charge of identifying new business opportunities and bringing in new prospects. 

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of direct sales, partnership, or account growth experience.
• Knowledge of or interest in Chinese digital platforms.
• Capability to manage the entire sales cycle, from scheduling meetings to closing deals.
• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to establish and maintain fruitful long-term client relationships.
• Creating compelling messaging to effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Team player with the capacity to handle rejection and a positive attitude
• A university degree.
• Working knowledge of CRM software and platforms that are cloud-based
• Mandarin as a first or second language would be ideal.
• Excellent sense of humor.
• Technically savvy, and enthusiastic about technology, social media, and innovative marketing.
• Problem solver, methodical, and well-organized.
