We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager role in a Real Estate company based in London. They are looking for an experienced Chinese and English social media and real estate manager with strong digital marketing skills. The digital marketing manager will be in charge of managing social media profiles on sites like RED, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube, and Google Ads. The Digital Marketing Manager will also be in charge of responding to customer inquiries and referring leads to consultants, as well as producing interesting content and developing marketing plans that serve the company's objectives.
Job Requirements:
- It is preferable to have a bachelor's degree.
- 2 years of expertise in social media marketing and Chinese Social media marketing, with a proven record of generating leads and driving engagement.
- Understanding of the terms used in the UK real estate industry.
- A strong command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
- Strong organisational and project management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise tasks.
- Positivity, a willingness to learn and develop, and the capacity to work cooperatively as part of a team.
- Capable of writing and graphic design.
- No sponsorship for a VISA is preferred.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement marketing strategies to increase lead generation and awareness of the brand.
- Control social media accounts such as RED, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube, and Google Ads, as well as reply to customer inquiries and pass leads on to advisors.
- Determine areas for improvement by analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Create effective property listings and marketing materials jointly with the director and team members.
- Organise and distribute listings through portals such as Rightmove and other networks.
- Organise email marketing campaigns and create targeted messages for various database segments.
- Perform market research to find new opportunities and trends in the real estate sector.
- Liaise with third-party vendors such as graphic designers, photographers, and printers to guarantee that high-quality marketing materials are delivered.
