We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator role in a London-based Real Estate firm. The company specialises in developing, dealing in, and managing projects in all housing and hospitality industries, including luxury houses, hotels, rehabilitation, luxury residences, apartments, and student housing. On a variety of initiatives, including exhibition campaigns, collateral production, and on-site launch events, the Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with a fantastic team of local and international colleagues.

Job Requirements:

  • Holder of a bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Experience with marketing communications of at least 1 - 2 years.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • English fluency at the native level.
  • Mandarin proficiency and excellent written and verbal English.
  • Excellent performance in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Hootsuite, email campaigns, and Google Analytics is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML, graphic and video design software, and photography is advantageous.
  • With the ability to balance a variety of competing demands, you have an excellent time and project management skills.
  • Accuracy and meticulousness, proofreading, and compiling complex information into reports. 
  • Highly organised, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong sense of duty, can-do attitude, and ability to work as a team.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of social media platform content, including reporting and evaluating results.
  • Copywriting, research, and proofreading for new project promotional materials; content generation for corporate activities.
  • Control and plan the distribution of marketing collateral.
  • Design and management of marketing and communications collaterals for both online and offline channels, such as posters, banners, leaflets, and videos.
  • Management assistance for corporate events and exhibitions.
  • Production and international shipping of marketing materials, for example, are examples of operations support.
  • Support for managing and redesigning websites.
  • Assisting with communications tasks with external PR and other business parties.
  • Organise and maintain the file-sharing system, deliver efficient and timely internal communications among offices, and keep it updated.
  • General administrative responsibilities.
