We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager role in an Alternative Medicine company based in CA. It is a global leader in the production of high-quality botanical extract ingredients for dietary supplements, functional foods, beverages, cosmetics, and personal care products. The Operations Manager must be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time in a dynamic environment, as well as have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Computer software knowledge is required, specifically Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Quickbooks.
- It is essential to be bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- 3 years of work experience are necessary.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily operations, make sure goods are delivered on schedule, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Locate areas for process improvement and inform upper management of your findings.
- Coordination with Accounting for A/P and A/R review.
- Examine and approve the production and shipping schedules.
