The ideal candidate will have experience working with customers, be meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and be able to offer competitive insurance policies in addition to quick, high-quality service.
Job Requirements:
- Mandarin or Cantonese dialect proficiency in Chinese is required.
- Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.
- Speedy, capable of setting priorities, and a detail-oriented worker.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A cooperative team player who is open to guidance and instruction.
- Excellent computer and technical skills.
Responsibilities

- Make insurance quotes, look for renewals, and help with policy changes.
- Client information should be updated, and payments should be made.
- Respond to client inquiries, solve problems, and follow up.
