We have an exciting opportunity for an AT&T Retail Sales Associate role in a Wireless Services company based in California. The AT&T Wireless Retail Sales Representative will work to deliver the best possible customer experience and technological solutions out of a range of available goods and services.

Job Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred, and excellent communication skills are required.
Experience in retail or customer service.
Knowledge of approaching prospects through outbound calling.
To fulfill the job duties, the applicant must be able to stand and walk around, move around for extended periods, and occasionally lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
Other movements might involve balancing on a ladder, climbing it, bending over, kneeling, or crouching, as well as deftly handling merchandise and display materials.
Capable of working with small parts in mobile phones and staring at a computer screen for extended periods.
